If true, then the Stream and/or ProgressEventHandler may throw an OperationCanceledException so as to cancel the save/load operation. This is usually encountered when the user is working with the Save Options dialog, or if they press the Cancel button while loading.

The default value for this property is true. This property should be set to false if the plugin uses native code that cannot be made to interoperate well with this behavior. For instance, if it is difficult or impossible to avoid things like crashes or memory leaks, then set this property to false.
