This interface is implemented by FileTypeSaveOptionsControl, which is used to
implement a custom Save Options UI for a FileType. The control is then
returned by OnCreateSaveOptionsControl(). The FileType
must have also provided a FileTypeOptions to its base constructor with
IsSavingConfigurable set to true.
