TryGetChromaticities(CicpColorPrimaries, out RgbPrimariesXY)

Gets the CIE 1931 (x, y) chromaticities for the given color primaries, per ITU-T H.273 Table 2.

true and the chromaticities if the primaries have a representable definition; otherwise false (e.g. for Unspecified, Smpte428, or any reserved value).
