A Direct2D effect that renders Paint.NET's Mosaic effect. The image is cut up into tiles in one of the shapes named by PdnMosaicTileShape - from a plain square grid through bricks, weaves, and geometric tilings to seed-packed tetrominoes and the aperiodic Penrose rhombi - each tile is flooded with a single color, the seams between tiles are drawn over in a solid grout color, and each tile is beveled up away from that grout.
